2. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, images, logos, and design – is the property of MAISON or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.

You are permitted to view, download, and print pages for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

3. Service Terms & Quotations

All quotations provided by MAISON are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if site conditions or client requirements vary. A formal agreement will be signed before any work commences, detailing scope, timeline, and payment schedule.

Deposits: A non‑refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure a project slot and commence design work. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to installation/delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your property, dimensions, and any relevant structural details. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions (e.g. building regulations, party wall agreements) unless we have explicitly agreed to manage these on your behalf. Access to the site must be provided as scheduled.

5. Cancellation & Variations

Should you wish to cancel a project after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non‑refundable as it covers design time and administrative costs. If you request variations after the design is finalised, we will provide a quotation for the additional work; no variations will be implemented without written approval.

6. Liability & Warranty

MAISON warrants that all work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, using materials of satisfactory quality. Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of use, loss of profit).

Any defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship will be rectified free of charge within 12 months of completion, provided we are notified promptly. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations by third parties.

7. Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected via this website or during consultations will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. 8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
